- Oversight of the solution prepared by SI delivery team leads, streamlining and optimization
- Verification of techno-functional content for accuracy and satisfaction of client requirements
- Fine-tuning of solution as needed with suggestions to SI resources
- Appropriate checks and balances in onsite and offshore delivery of solution components
- Ensuring adherence to delivery content with consent from client business leads and SMEs
- Management of risks and issues ahead of milestones
- Review of integration and refined use of systems in the overall systems landscape
- Communication and control over the delivery by external vendors such as banks, suppliers of meters and other goods, bill print agency, government agencies, etc.
- Consideration of SAP’s projected delivery of new functionality and releases
- Teamwork with end users for optimum business processes
