  • Ensuring adherence to delivery content with consent from client business leads and SMEs
  • Management of risks and issues ahead of milestones
  • Review of integration and refined use of systems in the overall systems landscape
  • Communication and control over the delivery by external vendors such as banks, suppliers of meters and other goods, bill print agency, government agencies, etc.
  • Consideration of SAP’s projected delivery of new functionality and releases
